Okies... About me... the woman behind this computer screen, LOL...
My name is Ashley Woods, or "ash-potatoe", and I'm a indy comic book artist. Since I'm a huge fan of manga and anime, my work tends to reflect that as well. I've been published going on 4 years this coming March and have sold over a thousand copies of my comic, "Millennia War", along with my co-writer and good friend, Michael Smith II. I've traveled a bit selling my work at various cons and even abroad to Kyoto, Japan last November. My latest book, "Millennia War #6" is currently being printed and will be available for purchase off my site millenniawar.com in a few days so please look forward to it!

ReplyDeleteRight now, I'm 100 years behind everyone else and playing Gears of War 2... I just finished my first campaign on Halo 3 ODST (loved it) and so now falling in love with GOW2 - very intuitive controls, which make all the difference to a newer gamer like me :D Good luck with the new blog!
Ashley darling, I hope to meet soon. Your art is showstopping. I'm a comic writer looking for a new artist, now obviously Michael has snatched you up, and that certainly reflects his good taste. Let me know if you have some friends or a third hand growing out of your back that has spare time.

i've ben working on Millennia War for the past 5 years and actually asked him to join me when i met him after i published my 4rth book to help me fill in some plot holes. i don't have time to draw another series right now but i possibly have time to draw a single comic issue for you as freelance. i also have a few artist friend but i think they're busy... i'll talk to them anyway tho :o)
